Erasmus+ Training Program. Student traineeships in European companies.

Erasmus+ helps students to gain valuable experience in the workplace by supporting traineeships abroad. 

Erasmus+ Training Program is an action designed to promote traineeships of students in companies of European countries. It aims to help people to adapt to the requirements of EU-wide labour market, acquiring specific skills and enhance understanding of economic and social environment of the country concerned, while they gain work experience.

What are the benefits for the company?

• Getting new perspectives brought by the trainee.
• Exchange knowledge and experience in the field of innovation and creativity through contact with institutions that can provide a different perspective.
• Will update the knowledge and experience of your company, adding an international dimension to your company.

Which companies can participate?

Any organization engaged in economic activity in the public or private sector whatever their size, legal status or economic sector in European Union countries. Host organizations for student placements may be enterprises, training centers, research centers and other organizations.

What are the characteristics of the practices?

Duration:2 months minimum and maximum 12 months

Period of completion: 2019-2020.

The functions to be performed in the fellowship must be related to the degree of the student.

The implementation of such an education-training need do not involve any financial cost to your company, since it is the European Commission funded activities in this program: thus, students who do a traineeship are assigned a monthly scholarship. However, the company may, optionally, consider relevant to contribute to the cost of the stay of practice students (bonus meals, transportation, etc.)..

What steps should I do?

The internship period must be covered by a training agreement that is signed between the parties concerned: universities, companies and student beneficiary.

The student should have an agreement on the formation of the traineeship program, this agreement must be approved by the Higher Educational Institution and the host organization.

Escuela de Arte de Granada is a College of Arts and Design with an Erasmus University Charter for Students Placements (for studies and trainees) during the 2014/2020 academic years, so we are looking for enterprises, businesses or studios interested in an association with us for work placements of our students.
